It's 5am and I wanna go to bed!!

Why do I always feel the need to sing the titles of my blog posts?!?! I guess I'm just that darn cool!! So it's currently 5.37am on a Saturday morning. Flip, bleep, blope, eeeeeeeeeeeeeep! I am so annoyed. I woke up at 4am and haven't been able to fall back asleep. Insomnia is the worst. But I guess I should be thankful that it's Sat so at least I will be able to crawl back into my snuggly little bed when I get the urge. I'm thinking though that maybe I can continue my streak of my 6 @ 6 for 6 fitness routine that I have tried to initiate this week! It consists of a 6 mile run at 6am for 6 days a week. So far, I've made it 2 days in a row. Yay! Well sort of... Day 2, was only a 4-miler! :-) I am still going to count it though. The only thing is; however, is that being a Saturday I don't know if there will be as many people out and about at 6am and I'm a little bit of a pansy so I don't really want to risk my life for a good ole 6am run! My other thought was that maybe I will head over to a coffee shop and start working on this book that I keep saying I am going to write. I can't spoil it so I'm not going to start talking about it in this blog!! :-) Guess I will just have to keep you in suspense!!
Soooo I'm not quite sure what's on the agenda for this weekend. Last night I went for a few bevvies after work, was supposed to go out, came home, changed (and changed my mind) and ended up falling asleep 'round 10pm. Can you say, party animal?!?! 'Party Animal!' Hmmm, maybe that's why I'm up at 5am and it's not actually insomnia. Whatever, sounds cooler when it sounds like you have a disorder/disease. Ew gross, no it doesn't!!!! Anyways, to make a long story short I have no concrete plans for the weekend. Vegas, anyone??? (PS - I don't know what the obsession with Vegas is these days but I'm really jonesing to go!)
You wanna know something funny? So I work in food & beverage and I just discovered yesterday what an arancini is. Shhh, don't tell my boss! :-) It's funny though, I had about a bagillion when we were in Italy. I'm just wondering now what I thought they were called?! Ah, I'm pretty sure I was prolly too busy devouring those lil' guys to care what their name was. And the ones in Roma were totally better than the ones I had at Ducca last night. Hands. Down!
Anyhoo, I feel like I should be semi-productive now that I am up and at'em but I think I am going to go back to bed instead. Screw it, it's Saturday, I say!! Happy Weekend to all!!!!!!!!
